The Role
At Project Eaden we believe that our people are the most important component to our success. We strive to employ the best talent globally. As our Senior Recruiter you will be part of our in-house recruitment team. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the end to end recruitment process across all business areas. This role will require extensive stakeholder management. It has the ability to influence the recruitment and decision making process – always ensuring that the best candidates join our team.

Job requirements

🛠 Your accountabilities

  • You will be the first point of contact with regards to all recruitment topics and will take responsibility for the complete end to end recruitment process

  • Building relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure you have a good understanding of all recruitment needs and processes moving forwards – across all business functions

  • Building and maintaining effective, ongoing relationships with candidates throughout the whole process – ensuring a positive experience regardless of the outcome of their application

  • Using our ATS system to track candidate data and run standard reports

  • Sourcing candidates by creating, posting and measuring success of advertisements on various job platforms, and by creating and testing new methods

☯ You are a good fit if you …

  • A Bachelors or higher level degree

  • You have 4+ years of end to end recruitment experience in a variety of industries

  • Experience of successfully headhunting through social media – especially LinkedIn – and other suitable formats

  • Able to operate within the fast-pace environment, handle multiple projects and deadlines

  • Able to work in an English speaking environment, German is an added benefit

  • Confident, approachable and have a ‘can do’ attitude

  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team
