🛠 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and enhance financial models for business planning and forecasting.

• Provide quantitative insights from financial and non-financial data to support decision-making, identifying key drivers of growth and positive change.

• Prepare financial and KPI reports for the team, investors, and regulatory authorities.

• Coordinate and manage relationships with external tax and accounting firms.

• Measure, benchmark, and report on our environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance regularly.

☯ YOU’RE A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE...

• Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field

• Passion for numbers and a drive for mathematical accuracy.

• Strong intuition for checking results and spreadsheets for consistency and accuracy.

• Logical thinking ability and the skill to explain complex interdependencies clearly.

• Proven experience with 3+ years in financial controlling or consulting.

• Educational background with a degree in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on finance.

• Fluency in German and professional proficiency in English.
