For our new consumer brand we have started building strong relationships with creators and our community to spark organic visibility and engagement. We need you as a Working Student for Influencer Marketing & Community Management to establish our consumer brand channels — from first outreach to regular interaction with our community and influencers.

🛠 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Influencer & Community collaboration: Research and reach out to relevant creators for partnerships, seeding, UGC, and product testing for our consumer brand. Prepare and update our media kits, briefs for creators and send out product samples.

• Community Management: Be the first point of contact for all incoming questions across our social media channels. Support fast and reply on-brand to DMs, comments, and product feedback. Proactively engage with fans, creators, and customers.

• Content Creation: Support the marketing team with content creation and preparation for social channels. Support in shootings, storyboard, and trend scouting for fresh ideas and formats.

• Performance Management: Monitor what works well and create reports for all social media activities.
  

☯ YOU’RE A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE...

• True love for social media, content, and digital culture - you are always on! 

• First experience in influencer marketing, community management on social media (internship or own projects do count!).

• Strong communication skills - writing on brand DMs is naturally easy for you, and so is structured outreach.

• The right mindset for this job: hands-on, proactive, super fast and organized.

• Multi-language skills: Native in German and high confidence in English. 

• Availability for min 6 months.
