Job requirements

🛠 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Master of Schedules: Become the go-to person for managing David and Jan’s calendars, ensuring their time is maximized and their days run seamlessly. You’ll strategically coordinate meetings, prioritize engagements, and create breathing room in their busy schedules

  • Travel Architect: Take charge of all travel arrangements, crafting well-organized itineraries that allow for smooth, stress-free trips. From booking flights and hotels to planning detailed itineraries, you’ll ensure that every journey—whether a local meeting or an international event—runs like clockwork.

  • Office Curator: Keep our office environment organized, efficient, and inspiring. From coordinating with vendors to ensuring supplies are fully stocked, you’ll be the heart of the workspace, making it a place where ideas flourish and team members thrive.

  • Trusted Administrative Partner: Support David and Jan with essential administrative tasks, from keeping track of important emails and meetings to document preparation for accounting. As a key part of the leadership team, you’ll be trusted to manage sensitive information and anticipate what’s coming, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

☯ YOU’RE A GOOD FIT IF...

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in an executive assistant role or similar support position.

  • Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1 level or above) and proficient in English for both written and verbal communication.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail and excellent time management skills.

  • Professionalism: Discreet, reliable, and comfortable handling confidential information.

  • Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated individual with the ability to anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
