In this role, you will support our team and work directly together with our Head of Finance & Legal, Anselm, and the Co-Founders David and Jan on various legal tasks that come with a young startup. This includes commercial law, corporate law, regulatory law and IP law.

🛠 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle and coordinate legal work together with our Head of Finance & Legal and external law firms.

• Support the company to make better-informed and legally sound decisions. 

• Research, digest and prepare information in a wide range of legal areas.

• Observe and help improve administrative processes within our organisation.

• Keep an eye on legal compliance while others concentrate on their core topics in order to generate better outcomes together.

☯ YOU’RE A GOOD FIT IF YOU...

• Are a natural problem solver who happily takes the initiative to sort things out

• Have finished your legal studies in Germany (1st state exam) or an equivalent degree

• Are curious and want to experience first hand what it means to grow a young company

• Can stay on top of things in a fast changing environment

• Are able to explain complex information in a way that is short and easy to understand

• Speak fluent German at a professional level, as well as good English
